A Heckler in Liberia

I had been living in Liberia for almost two years, when I took a short but very unpleasant cab ride. I piled into the cab as one of five passengers in a four passenger car. We were packed together, and my white limbs stood out. During this trip, a local person started mouthing off in the cab about how "White people are weak.", how "They can't fight." and how "Their skin turns red when you hit it." He was the only one who spoke in the cab. None of the other passengers joined in, but he went on and on. His comments made me so angry. I contemplated challenging him to a fight when the cab arrived to our destination, but I just kept quiet.

What would you have done?

So what happened?
